Job Purpose
Our Activities Co-Ordinator's play a vital role in our Residents lives.
We require a Dynamic person who has the ability to develop and organise a range of events activities for our Residents
About The Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging activities designed to maintain and improve residents' physical and mental health, including mobility, strength, mental acuity, and social skills.
- Manage a diverse program of activities, fostering social interaction, creative expression, and continuous learning.
- Focus on enhancing resident autonomy, confidence, and self-esteem through structured choice and skill recognition.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to monitor and report on resident engagement and progress. Manage photographic documentation and consent forms for activities.
- Provide essential support to reduce stress and boredom, creating a tranquil and stimulating environment.
- Passionate and Proactive: Bring your energy and enthusiasm to every task.
- Dedicated and Caring: Committed to making a significant impact on the lives of our residents.
- Skilled Communicators: Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential.
- Experienced and Aspiring: Experience in health/social care is desirable, but a commitment to ongoing professional development is equally important.
