Job Purpose

Our Activities Co-Ordinator's play a vital role in our Residents lives.

We require a Dynamic person who has the ability to develop and organise a range of events activities for our Residents

About The Role

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead engaging activities designed to maintain and improve residents' physical and mental health, including mobility, strength, mental acuity, and social skills.
  • Manage a diverse program of activities, fostering social interaction, creative expression, and continuous learning.
  • Focus on enhancing resident autonomy, confidence, and self-esteem through structured choice and skill recognition.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to monitor and report on resident engagement and progress. Manage photographic documentation and consent forms for activities.
  • Provide essential support to reduce stress and boredom, creating a tranquil and stimulating environment.
