Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate customer service operations, including sales, orders, and payments.
- Conduct audits to ensure the retail unit is clean, functional, and presentable.
- Ensure team adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Monitor compliance with food safety standards and legislative requirements.
