This is a strategic role, helping to navigate complex business and technology decisions for large scale technology transformations. You will provide strategic vision and direction that optimises enterprise technologies, guides IT investments, and improves the efficiency of IT operations.

While the successful candidate will have broad expertise across the Enterprise Architecture domains such as Infrastructure, Information, and Security, they will have specific and deep experience leading the development of IT Strategies and Applications Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow our Enterprise Architecture advisory offering through thought-leadership and exceptional client engagement
• Collaborate with our clients to support their transformation journeys in areas including IT Strategy, Application Architecture, Application Selection, and IT Management
• Work with clients at c-suite level to define IT Strategies and Technology Architectures that transform their organisations
• Leverage our Transformation by Design methodology to lead the applications selection process on behalf of our clients
• Monitor and evaluate new technologies to inform future enterprise architecture decisions
• Manage relationships with industry vendors and stakeholders
• Foster innovation for our clients by integrating new and emerging technologies that provide competitive advantage
• Create roadmaps to guide the progression of our client's technology and solutions over time, ensuring compliance with architecture principles and industry regulations
• Work with our internal global team to enhance our own technology capabilities and tools (including AI, Data Analytics and Enterprise Architecture tools)

Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 10 years' experience designing and implementing IT Strategies at Enterprise Architect or equivalent level
• University Degree in applied sciences like engineering, systems design, computer sciences, or related fields
• Extensive experience with Enterprise Architecture best practices, goals, and techniques
• Experience developing and building enterprise framework models and graphical abstractions
• Experienced in application selection and implementation in diverse and complex environments
• Extensive client-facing experience, including experience working with c-suite level managers on high-profile transformation programs
• Successful track record of the selection, sourcing, and implementation of IT solutions
• Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and facilitate decision making
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and develop long-term strategies
• Innovation: Constantly researching and evaluating emerging technologies that could benefit the organization
• Problem-Solving: Solving complex business and technical problems through creative and effective solutions.
• Ability to navigate and lead through periods of technological and organisational change
• Interpersonal skills: Exceptional in areas such as communication, teamwork, and facilitation
