Sales Assistant – Navan

The Field Sales Assistant role offers a combination of a guaranteed salary and an uncapped commission scheme. Typically, a Sales Associate earns between €30k – €40k OTE in their first year, with top performers earning over €60k OTE. We also provide an attractive welcome bonus after successful completion of the probation period (usually after 6 months).

Key responsibilities:

  • Generating your own sales opportunities (door-to-door): cold canvassing in both businesses and residential areas.
  • Converting warm leads into sales through direct sales approaches (typically 8-10 per month).
  • Building long-term customer relationships and referring new clients from existing ones.

As a Field Sales Representative, your duties include canvassing potential customers, introducing Verisure, and showcasing our products. You will conduct security surveys to tailor systems, manage installations, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
