HR Business Partner – Dublin D24 (Hybrid)

Location: Dublin D24 (3 days onsite, 2 WFH)

Highly competitive salary plus 10% Bonus | Pension up to 7% | 24 Days AL

We're looking for an HR Business Partner to lead large-scale change initiatives and drive key HR projects in a fast-moving environment. You'll partner with leadership to shape HR strategy, implement transformation projects, and support workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and engagement
  • Lead HR transformation projects and process improvements
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Use HR analytics to drive data-led decisions
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices

  • Proven HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to influence & collaborate at all levels
