Overview

We are hiring a Support Worker in Killaloe, Co. Clare. The role is to provide supportive care for People Supported by the Services, including help with daily personal care, meals, personal hygiene, and support to ensure each person leads a fulfilling life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a key-working caring role for a group of People Supported by the Services.
  • Support all aspects of personal care during the day (meals, personal hygiene, and related aspects of physical well-being).
  • Support the development and achievement of outcomes in the Individuals Plans.
  • Assist and support People Supported by the Services with community participation and integration.
Contract and Location

Contract: Specifed Purpose 78/78 (78 hours fortnightly) for 12 months

Location: Killaloe, Co. Clare
