Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (13-Week Contract)

Location: Wilmington, Delaware

Employment Type: 32 plus hours a week

Overview:

MedAdventures is seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team for a 13-week contract assignment in a welcoming skilled nursing facility in Wilmington, Delaware. This position offers guaranteed hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity to work in a supportive environment designed to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans to meet their rehabilitation goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to restore mobility, alleviate pain, and improve quality of life.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and post-discharge care plans.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the APTA.
• Current Delaware Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
