The Company

Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm to appoint a number of Transaction Services Managers to its Dublin, Ireland office. This is a high growth team, offering exceptional career progression.

The Role

  • Due diligence, strategic assessment, transaction management, negotiation and documentation and post-completion processes
  • Leading teams in gathering, reviewing, verifying and analysing the financial information of companies for sale and formulating views
  • Understanding business drivers, developing and agreeing the approach and value measurements with clients and providing advice throughout
  • Business development and cross-selling opportunities

The Candidate

  • Ideally professionally qualified and/or with a strong academic record
  • Strong Transaction Services experience is essential
  • Currently or recently at Manager within Transaction Services in a global accountancy firm
  • Transaction Services candidates who can demonstrate that they are ready to step up to Manager level can also be considered
  • Exposure to Financial Services client markets is desirable but not essential
