This role is for a leading multinational company in Dublin 2. The role would be a hybrid work model. Excellent perm role with career progression.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
  • Define, implement, and maintain test strategies, frameworks, and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of manual and automated testing.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to software quality and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior testers to develop skills and improve efficiency.
Experience Required:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA management role.
  • Must have ISTQB certification or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong background in software testing, including manual and automated testing.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps testing methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation tools.
  • Knowledge of performance and security testing practices.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare).
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
