Are you an experienced Audit & Accounts professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a highly respected accountancy practice based in South Dublin, is currently looking to hire an Audit & Accounts Senior to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong audit background to lead audits for small to mid-sized companies, play a hands-on role in the preparation and review of financial statements, and mentor junior team members – all while enjoying a great work-life balance and a clear path to career progression.

Role

  • Leading audits from planning through to completion for SMEs
  • Preparing or reviewing financial statements in line with best practice
  • Supporting a large, dynamic client's finance function on an interim basis
  • Coaching, guiding, and reviewing work of junior audit team members
  • Tackling technical queries and ensuring high standards are maintained
  • Supporting training and knowledge sharing across the team

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified ACA/ACCA (or similar). Finalists will also be considered
  • Experience working in a local Irish accountancy practice is essential
  • A confident communicator with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • A proactive mindset and ambition to grow within a supportive practice
