Overview

NTT DATA seeks a Call Center Associate to join our team in Dublin, Dublin (IE-D), Ireland (IE).

Responsibilities
  • Front line support for Opera PMS (Cloud & On-Prem) and other Wyndham approved PMS incidents & tickets.
  • Manage customer reported, automated and human generated alerts relating to service status as first responder, acknowledge them, take corrective action following standard operating procedures
  • Understanding of monitoring concepts: Infrastructure, systems, application health, system availability, latency, performance, and end-to-end monitoring.
  • Exchange Online (Mailbox creation, management, migration, mail-flow etc.)
  • Basic knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS)
  • Should be versatile in problem solving and resolve complex issues ranging from OS and application faults to creatively improving solution design
Qualifications
  • Experience with Opera PMS (Cloud & On-Prem) support and incident management.
  • Exchange Online administration (mailbox creation, management, migration, mail-flow).
  • Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Ability to troubleshoot OS and application faults and contribute to solution design improvements.
