Job Description:

My client, a Luxury 5* Hotel in Munster, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join their team. They seek an ambitious, dynamic, and self-motivated Food & Beverage professional with multi-outlet experience in organizing and directing an F&B team to provide exceptional service with a personal touch. The ideal candidate will have experience in an F&B management role within a similar 5* luxury hotel environment.

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a 5* luxury hotel
  • Ability to manage department heads and oversee multiple outlets
  • Experience with KPIs, budgets, stock control, and forecasting
  • Knowledge and passion for food & beverage
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence change
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of leading hotel standards of service
  • A passion for hospitality and guest care
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage the team to exceed targets
  • Accountable and resilient
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High energy and enthusiasm
