Store Manager – Cork City

Location: Cork, Ireland Salary: Up to €55,000 per year + Performance Bonus Job Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday

We're looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead a busy trade branch in Cork City. If you have team leadership experience and a background in sales or operations, this could be the next big step in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations
  • Manage staff, stock, and logistics
  • Drive sales and meet performance targets
  • Ensure a safe and well-presented store environment

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year experience in a manager or senior team lead role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Sales-focused with a hands-on attitude
  • Organised, goal-driven, and customer-focused
  • Trade industry experience (e.g. heating, plumbing) is a plus
