Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our brokerage sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers for our sales pipeline. You will be the first point of contact, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Qualifying Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and determine if they are a good fit for our solutions.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies and refine lead qualification processes.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to refine sales tactics.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience with CRM software (preferred but not required).
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet/exceed goals.
