Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our project development and implementation process. You will conduct technical assessments, prepare reports, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure project milestones are achieved while working closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to successfully deliver cutting edge projects. Our current requirement allows for a full-time position based at the Company's project in Limerick.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Project Manager on project progress, risks and issues.
  • Liaise with the suppliers/specialist contractor to ensure equipment is successfully commissioned.
  • Develop and review mechanical design with project team.
  • Conduct design reviews, validate equipment and systems.
  • Complete technical submittals, equipment registers and trackers.
  • Review quality on site, walking down systems to ensure compliance with project team.

Skills and Requirements

  • Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Degree essential.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in building services preferred.
  • Excellent IT skills required.
  • Experience in Revit would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to work as part of a large multi-disciplinary team.
