Job DetailsSenior CSA Quantity Surveyor - KildareThe Life Science and Tech division is looking for Senior CSA Quantity Surveyors to join the team. The team is looking for a CSA Quantity Surveyor with at least six to eight years of experience. Responsibilities
- Preparing tenders, analysing, selecting appropriate subcontractors, negotiation & finalising subcontract orders, financial & commercial management of subcontractors to Final Account completion.
- Managing and reporting of forecasts, targets, reconciliations, site records, document control, variation reporting, valuations, assisting in the site records & document control.
- Liaise with & commercially influence/challenge the site management team whilst maintaining & protecting JSS commercial & contractual entitlement.
- Manage & oversee AQS & TQS, checking & taking responsibility for their work & sign-off SMM/measurement issues.
- Experience as a CSA Quantity Surveyor in build projects.
- Experience working on large Pharmaceutical projects or semiconductors.
- A relevant 3rd level qualification.
- Experience in report writing, forecast planning, and engaging with clients and senior leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
