About Your RoleA Charlotte Tilbury Retail Artist is the true heart of where all the magic happens in our stores and counters. Based on the shop floor, you are responsible for encompassing our mission of empowering our customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves, so they have the confidence to achieve their dreams. You do this through combining your expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections. You believe in the product being accessible to everybody - and you can adapt your style to suit the needs of your customer.
As a Beauty Expert you will- Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI's, feeding on the buzz of success and surpassing expectations.
- Build solid relationships with team members and management, contributing to a positive team environment.
- Champion world-class artistry and provide an impeccable customer experience, acting as a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador.
- Adapt approach to activities, customers, and opportunities to achieve success.
- Follow grooming standards and display a professional appearance.
- Ideally hold an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy.
- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG is preferred.
- Passion for beauty and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury products.
- Experience in applying makeup and adapting styles to different customers.
- Structured induction programme - Charlotte's Magic Academy, focusing on artistry and service.
