AECOM is seeking a Digital Optimisation Lead UK&I for our Water End Market work, supporting the growth of our digital service. The Digital Optimisation Lead will report to the Water Digital Lead for Europe & India.

Guided by client understanding, our digital water team harnesses our domain, delivery, and digital expertise to advise, advance, and implement sustainable solutions for tomorrow's success Our digital capabilities are based around 3 pillars: digital optimisation, digital advisory, and digital implementation. The first involves harnessing digital technology to assist project delivery, automation, secure storage, and AI solutions. The second guides clients on digital investments and technology choices. The third applies and embeds digital technologies for asset optimisation and organisational benefits.

As a Digital Optimisation Lead, you will guide internal teams to transform and optimise engineering deliverables, support digital adoption, and develop digital strategies. You will collaborate with Client Account Managers and delivery teams, support digital strategy execution, facilitate cross-market collaboration, and champion digital adoption.

Responsibilities include:

• Promoting digital adoption across the region by identifying upskilling needs.
• Building trusted relationships with global digital leaders and ensuring initiatives are implemented regionally.
• Leading digital efforts across multiple projects.
• Managing resources for projects.
• Being the regional point of contact for software queries.
• Presenting at regional meetings and updates.
• Developing and delivering digital strategies.
• Leading regional optimisation teams to support project delivery with digital solutions.
• Enhancing AECOM's market profile through thought leadership and industry engagement.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Experience delivering project information per BIM standards.
• Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, or similar software.
• Experience in automation and MVP development.
• Stakeholder engagement skills, especially with non-technical executives.
• Mentoring and coaching experience.
