The role of a Claims Handler involves processing medical claims for clients worldwide, from Australia to Germany and Argentina to Italy. We ensure high-quality client service, processing claims within an industry-leading 48-hour timeframe. The Claims Department is fast-paced and challenging, utilizing many languages and cultures.

What you doYour key responsibilities:
  • Process claims within the company's SLA, Clear to Zero, and adjudicate each claim according to Allianz Care policy benefits to meet loss ratio targets.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient adjudication/investigation of each claim, with timely follow-up to deliver superior client experience and reporting.
  • Contribute to departmental success by meeting personal and team targets for productivity and quality.
  • Maintain healthy inter-departmental relationships by professionally responding to internal customer queries.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
What you bring
  • Administrative experience.
  • Experience working under tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Valid EU work permit with the ability to work full-time year-round.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
