Role/ Department:

Limerick's Custody Client Service team is responsible for 450+ clients. The department has a high level of interaction with internal teams to source information which enables the team to provide Prompt Quality Responses for all client queries. The Client Service Representative acts as the principal point of contact and advocate for all custody service delivery. The Client Service Representative fully understands client expectations regarding custody service delivery and is ultimately responsible for ensuring complete client satisfaction specific to Northern Trust's custody service offering.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for all custody-related queries from the client, trustee, or fund administrator.
2. Maintain and enhance service provided to the client, trustee, and fund administrator.
3. Ownership and resolution of all client, trustee, and fund administrator queries.
4. Oversight of the Service Level Agreement.
5. Participate in Custody Transitions (TBA, new business, etc.)
6. Maintain and monitor all client data and standing instructions.
7. Prepare client tax and proxy voting documentation.
8. Open and close client custody accounts.
9. Coordinate sub-account openings.
10. Review client custody fee invoices for approval and ensure timely settlement.

7. Ability to review and resolve complex issues.
