We are seeking applications from energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. The successful candidate will receive all necessary training and development. Candidates must be highly motivated, creative, and passionate about engaging with Service Users to enrich their lives.

Candidates must hold or be in the process of obtaining a Full Driver's Licence.

Job Objectives

The role of a Social Care Worker and Assistant Support Worker is to provide care to our service users. We support your development and upskilling to deliver high-quality care, maintain professional relationships, and support service users in reaching their full potential and leading meaningful lives.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Supporting individuals with their daily plans
  • Supporting individuals in the community
  • Assisting with education, skills development, and achieving personal outcomes
  • Helping with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, and family visits
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice
  • Shift work available 24/7
Skills Requirements
  • Assistant Support Worker: No qualification required; all training provided
  • Social Care Worker: Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline
  • Relevant life experience is desirable but not essential
  • A good attitude to work and a passion for supporting people
  • Full Driver's Licence required or in the process of obtaining one
