Job Description

As Digital Enterprise Architecture Leader for ZF's Aftermarket Digital solutions, you will spearhead the strategic architectural vision for our connected vehicles, fleets and workshops management platforms, aligning cutting-edge technologies with ZF Aftermarket's business goals. You will drive digital transformation across our organization, managing complex stakeholder relationships and leading a team of technical specialists to deliver innovative, efficient, and revenue-generating architectural initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of ZF Aftermarket's digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration of business, application, data, and technology domains to enhance our competitive edge in the automotive aftermarket industry.

Solid Line: Head of ZF Aftermarket Digital Solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Develop the ZF Aftermarket's organization's strategic platform architectural vision, building appropriate structure and governance, managing complex stakeholder relationships and leading teams made up of specialists in all branches of technical and business architecture.
  2. Work with senior business & technology leaders to understand and shape future strategic business goals, concisely articulating the potential of modern enabling technologies and how they will influence the organization's technology, people and operational landscapes.
  3. Manage the solutions architecture that are based on a mix of connectivity units installed in the vehicles, communicating with a modern cloud-based IoT, data management and end-user software platform.
  4. Moving 'as is' to 'to be' architectures across ZF Aftermarket's business, application, data, and technology domains across CRM, ERP, Front End and data exchange applications.
  5. Align IT architecture strategy and planning with the ZF Aftermarket's business goals and objectives.
  6. Evaluate and update the technical system architecture requirements based on changing technologies and short and long-term digitalization goals of the ZF Aftermarket.
  7. Develop and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines for the Enterprise Architecture Team.
  8. Deliver architectural initiatives that drive revenue and improve efficiencies that are in line with business strategies, including AM Digital Solutions and Commercial Excellence omni channel activities.
  9. Lead the architectural processes and methodologies for the ZF Aftermarket.
  10. Coach, support, empower and manage the team, with a long-term view of coaching in order to develop the team as an organizational capability within the ZF Aftermarket.
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
  1. 10+ years enterprise architecture experience gained with demonstrated experience in Business & Technology Architecture, Strategic Planning, Exec Planning and Collaboration, preferably working directly with Product or Solutions organizations.
  2. An expert understanding of architecture methods with the experience and pragmatism to shape the best approach for our business.
  3. Demonstrated broad knowledge of new technologies, development practices, architecture methodologies, and software quality practices.
  4. Skilled in delivering architectural initiatives driving revenue and improving efficiency.
  5. Entrepreneurial, driven self-starter focused on identifying opportunities having the tenacity and energy to build the necessary bridges to make it happen.
  6. Outstanding communication skills.
