Hickey's Pharmacy teams are growing and there are exciting opportunities for Supervising & Support Pharmacists to join the teams in North & South Dublin, Cork, Gorey, Kildare.

Overview

The role involves delivering exceptional service, leading by example, and supporting a patient-focused culture within the pharmacy team.

Responsibilities
  • You will be supported in your role as a Pharmacist by our Regulatory Pharmacists and our peer support network.
  • Work with experienced and highly trained teams to deliver professional and efficient customer service.
  • Maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere with an established customer base.
  • Adhere to regular roster patterns and participate in training and development opportunities via centrally available support structures.
  • Lead by example to deliver patient-focused care in accordance with PSI and company guidance.
  • Build positive relationships within the pharmacy to create a positive working environment.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
  • Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland
  • Supervising positions require a minimum of 3 years' experience in community pharmacy
  • Previous experience in Irish community pharmacy is an advantage, but training will be provided
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
