Bike Mechanic – Experienced Only | 360 Cycles

We're looking for a highly experienced mechanic who thrives in a busy workshop, works well as part of a team, and is committed to developing their expertise for the long term. We're seeking a mechanic with a deep understanding of bicycles — someone who can look at a bike and immediately recognise all its components, with expert knowledge of every system inside out.

• Minimum 2 years' experience working in a professional bicycle shop
• Ability to confidently perform all core mechanical tasks
• Must be able to communicate in at least one of the following languages: basic English, Russian, Lithuanian, or Polish (If you don't speak English but know one of the other listed languages, English is not required.)
• Hands-on experience is essential — no training is provided
