Key Responsibilities
## ## Component Maintenance & Repair
* Perform disassembly, inspection, cleaning, assembly, and testing of aircraft components in accordance with approved procedures and airworthiness requirements.
* Complete repair and overhaul activities to the required quality and performance standards.
* Interpret and follow technical manuals, engineering instructions, and maintenance procedures.## ## Technical Documentation & Reporting
* Compile technical findings and inspection reports based on component evaluations.
* Work with the company ERP system to support operational and reporting requirements.
* Ensure all work is recorded in accordance with company and regulatory standards.## ## Quality, Safety & Compliance
* Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.## ## Teamwork & Development
* Work effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently. Contribute positively to team objectives and operational goals.
* Support knowledge sharing and best practices across the workshop.# # Qualifications & Experience* Completed apprenticeship or recognized qualification in a relevant technical trade such as Aircraft Mechanic, Mechanical Fitter/Turner, Automotive Mechanic, Electrician, HVAC Technician, Plumber, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or another relevant mechanical or technical trade.
* Experience within maintenance, repair, manufacturing, or technical operations environments.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to follow technical manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.# #
