  • Significant operational experience working at a senior level, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in a healthcare environment as relevant to this role.
  • Significant experience of leading/managing a team in the delivery of a quality/safety or improvement initiative within healthcare setting.
  • Experience of developing and leading a QPS function or other function within healthcare
  • Ability to collate, understand and analyse data. Demonstrate experience with the use of data to drive improvement.
  • Experience of facilitating change management projects with proven successful outcomes in a distributed and highly complex organisation or other relevant and highly complex organisation, as relevant to this role
  • Significant experience in the implementation of performance improvement strategies in healthcare
