As a Retail Betting Assistant at Paddy Power, you will be the welcoming host for our customers, ensuring they have an outstanding experience in our retail shops. Your role involves engaging warmly with visitors, delivering top-notch service, and creating a friendly atmosphere. Your enthusiasm for technology will help promote our online and retail products and services, ensuring each customer enjoys their time with us. How you'll do it

We seek individuals who will exceed customer expectations, build effective relationships, and foster a warm, positive environment that customers love. Your main duties will include hosting customers, cross-selling our retail and online products, responding to queries, and informing customers about promotions.

• Assisting customers in placing bets via terminals, telephone, and in-shop transactions
• Maintaining excellent shop presentation standards to create an inviting atmosphere
• Stepping up and guiding operations in the absence of the Shop and Deputy Manager to ensure smooth shop functioning
• Adapting to different situations while remaining customer-focused
• Fulfilling social responsibility duties by adhering to guidelines and regulations
