Job Description:

Overview: PM Group's OTS department are currently seeking Senior Project Managers for a substantial pharmaceutical project based in Westmeath. Outsourced Technical Services (OTS) is an integral part of our ability to support clients across the complete project life cycle. The successful candidate will work as part of the client's team in delivering the project.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the full project scope in multiple engineering packages acting as the client representative.
  2. Coordinate with all stakeholders through to project package completion.
  3. Manage continuous improvement applied to project management.
  4. Liase between design/construction and procurement.
  5. Engage with site SMEs and managers along with global functions.
  6. Communicate, influence and affect change with all levels of stakeholders and teams.
  7. Evaluate and transfer goals and objectives into measurable plans.
  8. Identify gaps/risks and put appropriate remediation plans in place.
  9. Build strong relationships to identify requirements and potential opportunities.
  10. Employ project management techniques and problem-solving.
  11. Provide leadership, guidance, and advice in the field of project management.
  12. Resolve any issues effectively.
  13. Always ensure compliance to cGMP.
  14. Ensure safety and compliance standards are maintained to the highest standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  1. Relevant experience in a Life Science Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology environment.
  2. Relevant Degree and/or Masters' or equivalent.
  3. Experience on large scale pharmaceutical type projects.
  4. The ability to work independently and identify risks and mitigation pathways to ensure project delivery.
  5. A passion for continuous improvement applied to project management.
  6. Ideally have Project Engineering in Greenfield or Brownfield technical projects.
  7. Ability to work very well in a large team, have a collaborative and communicative team approach, and also to work on one's own initiative.
  8. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and MS Visio.
  9. Familiarity with Change Control & Document Management Systems.
  10. Experience with project management software such as Smartsheet.
