Factory Director

Our client is a global market leader, selling their products to multiple industries. Due to their aggressive growth, they are seeking a Factory Director for their manufacturing site in Ireland (postcode 24).

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the entire factory operations.
  • You will report to the COO of Europe.
  • You will set the vision and strategy for the site.
  • You will be part of the Global Management Team.
  • Your objective will be to increase profit levels by enhancing operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • You must have extensive experience managing a manufacturing plant.
  • You must speak fluent English.
  • You should reside within a commutable distance to attend the factory 5 days a week.
  • You must possess strong change management skills.
