Job Description:We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1 Grade) for the ICU at our established hospital in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and expanding healthcare facility.
Requirements:
- Registered on the general division of the NMBI register
- At least 5 years post-registration experience, with a minimum of two years in Intensive Care Nursing
- Recognized post-registration nursing qualification, such as a Higher Diploma or Postgraduate Course in Intensive Care Nursing
- Proven clinical and professional ability
- Management experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Leadership and management skills
- Proficient IT skills
- Focus on quality, risk management, and clinical audits
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Approachable personality
