About the Role
Regeneron is currently seeking a Training Specialist to join our Industrial Operations & Product Supply (IOPS) organization. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting employee development, operational excellence, and the successful onboarding of new hires across the business.
What You'll Do
- Deliver instructor‑led, on‑the‑job, and administrative training across a variety of IOPS roles.
- Assess employee readiness and support qualification for core job responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain onboarding and training materials that support employee growth and development.
- Partner with subject matter experts and cross‑functional teams to identify and address training needs.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules, training plans, and cross‑training opportunities.
- Maintain accurate training records and support compliance with training requirements.
- Utilize learning management systems to monitor training progress and support site metrics.
- Participate in training‑related projects, audits, inspections, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requires a BS/BA in Life Sciences, Education, Training & Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
For Associate Training Specialist: 0-2 years of relevant experience.
For Training Specialist: 2+ years of relevant experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, education, training, or a related industry.
For Senior Training Specialist: 5+ years of relevant experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, education, training, or a related industry.
Strong communication, collaboration, facilitation, and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a regulated environment.

Salary
Salary Range (annually) €37,000.00 - €88,400.00
