This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader located in Dublin. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day landscaping operations, including coordinating with team members, managing projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities also include maintaining safety standards, communicating effectively with clients, and implementing sustainable practices in all landscaping activities.

- Implement sustainable practices in all landscaping activities.
- Experience in Landscape Maintenance
- Knowledge of Tree Surgery, Planting, and Invasive Weed Control
- Skills in Project Management, Team Coordination, and Leadership
- Understanding of Environmental Services and Sustainable Practices
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
- Ability to maintain safety standards on-site
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in landscaping or horticulture
- Experience working in a similar role in Ireland is a plus
- Mid-Senior level
