A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Grade VII - Quality and Safety Advisor from which current and future, Permanent and Specified Purpose vacancies of Full or Part-Time duration may be filled.
Please note that there are three existing panels in place for Grade VII - Quality and Safety Advisor within HSE South West (Campaign reference HSESW-MA53-0823, HSESW-68-1124) and SW-MA84417. The existing panels will take precedence over the supplementary panel created through this campaign for any future posts that arise.

"Work with the Quality and Patient Safety Manager to develop, deliver, implement and evaluate a comprehensive quality and safety programme with associated structures, policies and processes which are the vehicle for improving quality and safety.
To drive core programmes of work in quality, safety and risk management, including:
- quality improvement
- audit
- health and safety
- service user and community involvement
- risk management
- complaints
- incidents and serious incidents
- patient safety and service improvement
- implementation of recommendations from local and national investigations, reports and audits.
