Job Description:

Job Title: Senior/Basic Clinical or Counselling Psychologist
Location: Dublin
Hours: 37 hours per week, Full-Time, Permanent

TTM are recruiting a Senior/Basic Grade Clinical or Counselling Psychologist for our client who provides specialised care for adults with severe mental health needs, including Huntington's disease, Alzheimer's and schizophrenia.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct psychological assessments for inpatient/day and outpatient services.
  2. Develop and implement individual, family, and group therapeutic interventions.
  3. Supervise and work with Student/Trainee/Assistant Psychologists.
  4. Conduct research, particularly in service evaluation.
Requirements:
  1. Recognised third-level degree or diploma (QQI level 8 equivalent) with psychology major.
  2. Postgraduate professional qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology.
  3. Minimum five years post-graduate experience in professional psychology.
  4. Experience in adult mental health/psychiatry of later life.
  5. Training in cognitive-behavioral therapy.
  6. Qualifications Validated by the Department of Health.
