Overview

Director recruiting Architectural, Surveying & Project Management professionals. One of Ireland's leading design consultancies have new opportunities for Intermediate and Senior level Fire Safety Engineers to join the multidisciplinary team with multiple projects across rail, aviation, transport, education, healthcare, commercial, and residential developments.

Duties include:

  • Develop fire safety strategies from concept to completion
  • Lead site inspections & fire risk assessments
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams & guide junior engineers
  • Ensure full compliance with BC(A)R 2014 and Irish fire safety legislation
  • Engage directly with clients and stakeholders
  • Office based role with site visits required

Desired skills and experience:

  • Degree (Level 8) in Fire Safety Engineering
  • Previous experience within a design consultancy or similar role
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Eligible for Chartered Engineer status (Engineers Ireland) beneficial
  • Full driving licence preferred
  • Must hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
