Practice Bookkeeper

GPC Finance is excited to be working with a leading audit and accounting firm in Dublin. Reporting into the Finance Director, they currently require a Bookkeeper to join the team. Your role will be to assist in the day-to-day processing of financial information and production of reports for the Practice. This position would suit an experienced credit controller.
Main Duties:
- Posting of daily debtor cash receipts
- Production of monthly debtor reports and dealing with all debtor queries
- Preparation of daily and month end bank reconciliations
- Posting of purchase invoices, creditor cheques and direct debits
- Preparation of monthly creditor reconciliations
- Dealing with creditor queries
- Preparation of daily KPI monitor – Fee & Cash (actual V budget)
- Preparation of month end KPI and performance reports
Ideal Candidate:
- An individual who will work efficiently on their own initiative and who has the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a flexible approach to work.
- Good communication skills.
- Good computer skills (SAGE and EXCEL).
