Responsibilities
  • Operational Store Excellence: Ensure adherence to store processes and guidelines, optimise efficiency, streamline processes, and drive informed decision-making for enhanced store performance.
  • Operational Store Analytics: Achieve company KPIs, cash and stock management audits, manage store personnel costs and sales performance.
  • Leadership: Empower the team\u2019s growth and engagement through supportive leadership, training and a culture of trust and respect.
  • Merchandise and Inventory: Ensure product availability, planogram implementation and accurate inventory management.
  • Customer Engagement: Drive customer engagement by leading by example and delivering exemplary service.
  • Brand Integrity: Ensure animal welfare is prioritised and maintained at all times.
Qualifications
  • Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager
  • Proven track record in achieving KPIs
  • Strong leadership, business acumen and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and organisational abilities
What you will do
  • Lead store operations to deliver excellent customer service and store performance.
  • Drive revenue while controlling costs.
  • Mentor and develop store team members; promote a culture of high performance.
  • Monitor and manage cash and stock processes; oversee inventory accuracy and shrink prevention.
  • Maintain brand integrity and animal welfare standards.
