Our client, a fast-paced, ambitious, and innovative company, is seeking a Director of People and Culture to help shape the future of their growing organisation.

As the People and Culture Director, you'll be joining a collaborative, energetic environment. This role will see you be the driving force behind safeguarding and evolving their unique culture. You'll work closely with leadership, people managers, and employees to nurture an environment that empowers, engages, and inspires.

What You'll Do

  1. Lead initiatives that promote values, vision, and employee experience.
  2. Oversee key milestones like onboarding, promotions, and leadership development.
  3. Provide coaching and tools to ensure managers thrive as culture stewards.
  4. Use surveys, focus groups, and feedback channels to inform culture strategies.
  5. Design recognition programs and initiatives to boost satisfaction and inclusion.
  6. Build a transparent, engaging internal communication strategy with leadership.
  7. Foster diversity and inclusion, ensuring every employee feels valued and supported.
  8. Partner with the senior leadership team to tackle team dynamics and broader culture initiatives directly.
