Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be the backbone of the team, working with the Head Housekeeper to inspire and motivate staff, ensuring all guests have memorable experiences. You'll create and distribute room lists, align department productivity with targets, and motivate the team to exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside the Head Housekeeper to maintain the Leonardo standard in the hotel.
  • Train new team members to ensure confidence in their roles.
  • Inspect rooms and maintain stock levels.
