Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications from experienced general nurses for the role of Clinical Nurse Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a newly opened step-down unit, which will have over 140 beds at full capacity. The role offers a chance for an experienced nurse to advance into a senior management position. The service provides a step-down nursing service for admissions with varying clinical acuity and some with complex care needs. Therefore, candidates must have substantial acute nursing care experience.
As part of a large healthcare organization, you will be supported by a strong management team. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing the care team, monitoring clinical practice through audits, organizing admissions, and coordinating nursing and patient care procedures.
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Registered nurse on the live register maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI). Adaptation is not an option.
- At least 3 years of relevant post-registration nursing experience (depending on the role).
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Recent management experience in the acute sector is highly desirable.
- A post-registration qualification in healthcare management or equivalent is preferred.
- Effective communication skills with residents, families, staff, and external bodies.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Salary range: €40,000 - €50,000 per year. Full-time, permanent position based in Dublin, Ireland.
