A Working Foreman – A Role That Puts You in Charge of Stunning Landscapes

Plantscapes Eireann is on the lookout for a Working Foreman to take ownership of day-to-day site operations across Cavan, Leitrim, Monaghan, and Fermanagh.

What Does the Role Involve?

As Working Foreman, you'll be leading by example, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Paving & Hard Landscaping – Installing driveways and other surfaces to perfection.
  2. Supervising & Working Hands-On – Managing the team while actively contributing to the work.
  3. Quality & Efficiency – Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to an exceptional standard.
  4. Onsite Coordination – Managing daily tasks, keeping projects moving, and liaising with team members.
Who Are We Looking For?

You'll fit right in if you have:

  1. At least 5 years of landscaping experience, particularly in hard landscaping.
  2. A strong leadership mindset, capable of managing teams and projects effectively.
  3. A full driving licence – including truck and trailer.
  4. A proactive, problem-solving approach – taking initiative when challenges arise.

The Details

Location: Cavan, Leitrim, Monaghan, Fermanagh
Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 per year dependant on experience and position fit.
Full-time position: This role requires full commitment for 8 hours per day onsite Monday to Friday.
You will need your own transport to get to and from site.
