Overview

Join to apply for the Warehouse Manager role at Connections Travel Group. My client is looking for a confident, driven Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of its warehouse operations and lead a team of 10 staff. This is not a "maintenance" role - the warehouse requires significant restructuring, and we need someone who can create, implement, and overhaul processes to bring efficiency, structure, and consistency to the operation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of 10 warehouse staff, ensuring accountability, productivity, and performance.
  • Assess current warehouse practices and design new processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and flow.
  • Overhaul stock control, order fulfilment, and goods-in/out procedures.
  • Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement clear KPIs and reporting to track operational success.
  • Work closely with senior management to align warehouse operations with wider business goals.
About You
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience managing a warehouse team.
  • Strong track record of creating and restructuring processes in a warehouse environment.
  • A confident leader with excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to spot inefficiencies and resolve them quickly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
