Job Description:We are seeking an APA-qualified insurance professional to join a leading Irish insurance brokerage's expanding Personal Lines team. This role offers the opportunity to support clients across various personal insurance products, with excellent training and long-term career potential.
What You'll Be Doing:- Manage Motor, Household, and Van insurance policies for a diverse customer base
- Provide excellent service and support through inbound and some outbound calls
- Coordinate with insurers to resolve queries and process instructions
- Ensure policy administration complies with industry standards and GDPR
- Advise customers across up to 15 product lines with clear, expert guidance
- Process policy updates and customer payments efficiently
- Achieve individual KPIs and team targets in a supportive environment
- APA qualification with the Insurance Institute of Ireland (essential)
- Goal-oriented with effective time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, positive, and motivated attitude
- Experience in high-volume or fast-paced settings is a plus
