Leading by example and practicing PVH values is important in this role. You will inspire your team to generate sales and profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience while ensuring the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and use successful link selling to drive business.
• Build outfits for customers, make product recommendations, and drive store KPIs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador with keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
• Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization issues are addressed appropriately.
• Show flexibility and innovation in response to changing business conditions, especially during peak trade.

• Have previous experience within hospitality/retail
• Be hardworking with great communication skills
• Have an interest in fashion/retail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task under high pressure
• Be passionate about driving sales using our digital platforms
