About The Role

As the authorised main dealer for NISSAN & KIA in the Southeast, Wexford Car Centre is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our energetic and professional sales team.

This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone whos passionate about cars, confident with people, and eager to learn. With full training and one-on-one mentorship, youll develop the skills and experience to thrive in automotive sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist showroom visitors, respond to online enquiries, and handle incoming calls
  • Understand customer needs to recommend suitable vehicle options
  • Coordinate and prepare vehicles for test drives and presentations
  • Maintain a high standard of showroom and display presentation
  • Promote both new and pre-owned NISSAN & KIA vehicles
  • Follow and master our proven sales process
  • Contribute to lead generation and create engaging content for social media
  • Attend regular training sessions and product workshops

What Were Looking For
  • A genuine interest in cars and the motor industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and goal-driven
  • Professional attitude with a collaborative, team-first approach
  • Confidence using digital tools and social media platforms
  • A full, clean drivers licence is essential
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
