The Accommodation department is seeking an Accommodation Assistant to deliver high-quality service to guests and maintain cleanliness across all rooms and areas, adhering to Red Carnation Hotels standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing guests with the highest levels of Housekeeping service in line with 5-star standards and hotel expectations.
  2. Cleaning vacated bedrooms and replenishing stayover rooms.
  3. Offering exceptional guest care and personal attention, anticipating guest needs where possible.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Be enthusiastic and flexible, with availability to work 3-4 days over a 7-day period, including some weekends.
  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
  • Handle busy situations effectively and manage workload efficiently.
