Overview

Are you ready to shape the future of artificial intelligence? We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented AI Annotation Specialists to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge large language models (LLMs) for a leading social media company.

Responsibilities
  • Create, assess, and refine question-answer pairs to improve LLM performance.
  • Annotate data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines.
  • Evaluate the quality of existing datasets and machine learning outputs.
  • Conduct basic research to ensure accurate annotations.
  • Develop and maintain annotation guidelines for consistent, high-quality results.
  • Provide feedback on annotation tasks to improve processes and workflows.
  • Identify trends or patterns in annotated data and share insights with the team.
  • Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.
Qualifications
  • High proficiency in English (minimum C1 level as per CEFR).
  • Fluent in one of the following languages: Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, German, Greek, Hebrew, Slovak, Swedish or Vietnamese (oral and written), with a deep understanding of regional culture and social trends.
  • Undergraduate degree or higher qualification.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Shift Options
  • Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Location

Dublin 18, Sandyford (on-site only; remote work is not available).
