Overview

As a catering assistant with our team here in Cornamaddy, Athlone, you will be helping us deliver our catering services to those working for a large multinational medical device company. This position will be very rewarding for the right candidate, helping deliver restaurant services in a positive and engaging environment. Our interactions contribute hugely to the experience of those using our restaurants, and we aim to improve each customer\'s day through our interactions.

Position

Full-time Position (09.30 to 15:00 Monday to Friday)

  • €13.50 per hour

What we are looking for from you
  • To work with our front-of-house team supporting the tills, barista and deli counter
  • A good learner with attention to detail
  • Willingness to embrace and apply our high food service standards
  • A friendly personality, good people skills and a can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative as/when required
  • Team player with the ability to work towards a common goal
  • Compliance with our Company\'s health and safety policies and practices.
  • Occasional overtime may be offered depending on site needs.
You must have
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced catering business is preferred
  • A Strong background in hospitality or catering
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene, including HACCP, is preferred
  • A problem-solving mind and solutions-orientated approach with a flexible can-do attitude
