We are seeking an engaging and passionate Part-time Fragrance Sales Consultant to work at Boots, Galway. In this role, you will contribute to the overall success of the store through excellent product knowledge, teamwork, and delivering outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities include promoting, enhancing, and maintaining the company's image and reputation with customers.
Key Responsibilities and Standards- Sell fragrance and beauty products to meet retail sales targets set by the company.
- Develop outstanding product knowledge across various brands.
- Achieve sales targets and deliver a comprehensive brand experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a traffic-stopping experience.
- Communicate relevant information to the Line Manager when necessary.
- Maintain company standards, including excellent grooming at all times.
- Previous sales experience in a similar industry with sales targets.
- A passion for fragrance, beauty, and luxury brands.
- Flexibility to work weekends and late finishes as required.

- Part-time position working 2 days a week (15 hours) on a flexible rota.
- Commission based on personal sales.
- Product allocation after a qualifying period.
