We are a team dedicated to designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software for various venture projects, which are adjacent to our core businesses and are rapidly bootstrapped with a lean team. You will be actively involved in designing components for scalable applications, covering frontend UI to backend infrastructure. Job Responsibilities
  • Engage in development activities including coding, proposing architectural decisions, participating in design and code reviews, and implementing solutions to complex problems within the blockchain protocol.
  • Analyze and resolve challenging issues across the blockchain protocol.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and infrastructure teams to build high-scale backend services.
  • Maintain documentation for all code and functionalities implemented.
  • Work with DevOps and ecosystem engineers to enhance the tech stack for long-term engineering initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Passion for building first-class products to solve real-world problems.
  • Experience with various technologies, quick learner, and a proactive "get things done" attitude.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing conflicting stakeholder requirements.
  • Humble, open to ideas, eager to improve, and receptive to challenges and new possibilities.
  • Self-motivated, able to define and execute tasks independently.
  • Willingness to learn, collaborate, and give/receive feedback.
  • 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably with strong backend development skills (e.g., Go, Rust, Java, Erlang).
  • Hands-on experience with cryptographic primitives (e.g., digital signatures, key exchange, encryption) using tools like BouncyCastle in Java.
  • Basic knowledge of distributed systems and consensus algorithms such as Raft or PBFT.
  • Interest or experience in Go or Rust; experience with blockchain system internals is a plus but not required.
